I really like this story. Yeah, maybe I shouldn't say so, because the stories that I like haven't been doing too well lately. Anyway. The Protagonist—Parr Skystar—has a magic short sword. Every time that he kills something, he absorbs life-force directly through the sword, allowing him to level up rapidly. Yeah, I don't know if it is just me, but the parts where the Protagonist levels up are my favorite parts of the story. Of course, you can't have a cake of nothing but icing—well, you can, but then it isn't cake—just candy. The level ups are fast, but not monotonous—and since he has to chose WHICH ability to level up, that also adds some texture. I REALLY HOPE this story gets picked!

I don't know what to say about this honestly. The first chapter started off interesting enough but by the second chapter I had zero desire to continue to read it. I mean it's not the worst thing in the world or anything. I've probably read far more of far worse novels. This is just kind of not interesting to me.

This story is a bit childish. Like, the reading level is a bit lower than normal. There's not enough "showing" and too much "telling". I don't get the feeling that this story is going to be particularly great. There are definitely better options out there. The MC isn't that great either.

A good story, that *actually* feels like a proper novel. The system also isn't randomly provided for no reason, but is something the original owner of the body already had, through a family heirloom (likely the product of an evil god). The world background is interesting, with a 'church' that is fundamentally anti-theist. It's also not the kind of novel where all the women are thirsting for the MC (particularly because he's 10 right now) - the playboy is his mentor. The constant refrain of 'little boy' is a bit annoying though - you couldn't translate that differently? Anyway, so far it's solid, definitely better than most novels posted on this site. Hope it gets picked.

I read it up until it's 'Finale not finale chapter' and liked it, unfortunately the author didn't really finish it. He wrote fairly far into the story but at some point decided to drop it(for health? work? lack of interest? lack of money flowing in?) when realistically it was more than halfway done. The 'Finale not finale' chapter lays out the rest of the story in almost bullet point form so you at least know he had a rough plan for the rest. I really liked it too, and at least it wasn't fully dropped...but still!
