Assuming that the father has a single wife makes this impossible. So let us assume that the father has 3 wives, all married at the age of 20, and are making babies until 55. That is 35 years, and if each child takes 9 months, you will get 140 total children in total. 2 wives will only make 94 babies. Therefore, adding in small rest parts, and the latter 10 years being harder to have children, the MC's father should have 3 wives. Of course, realistically speaking, they must be very rich, and very lucky to not have any premature births. So, the husband should have nine wives due to the fact that 18 months is the normal rest time before becoming pregnant again. All of this assumes that there are no twins, because a natural twin being born is around 1 / 250.

LIKEBook_DragonKing:or simply , his father was a handsome and rich playboy ... he had raw $€X all the time ,and impregnated dozens of women carelessly ...
Deyego:1) The Father can have more wives 2) Other Family Member from Father the older Brother, second Brother, third brother, etc or first sister, second sister, etc.
Ik, but it is just more fun assuming that the father is Eros, and made all of those children himself.
TigerBlooImmortal:you forget about adoption
Matrixkrock:his father might be the protagonist of another modern day harem novel. problem solved
In China, most of the time you don't say that they are cousins but rather brother or sister, as it is more polite.
Bleed_the_gods:Shouldnt that be cousins instead of sisters.
Oh, I see. Small cultural differences ig. But really, it is just more fun of the father is Eros, and made all those children by hmself

Using the 1/250 chance to estimate for a twin being born each time is inaccurate. That only applies on the scape of an entire population, not an individual. Having twins is something that is genetic. A twin is much more likely to have kids that are twins. If you already had twins, then your genetics are likely ones that make it more likely for you to have even more as well. The most kids one woman had on record given birth to is 69, and that was sixteen twins, seven triplets, and four quadruplets over a span of 40 years. She had no single children.
Bleed_the_gods:I am not surprised that he can use that so much, I am more surprised on 1) How did he get 9 wives and 2) How did he lose track of some of his children and not be sued and 3) How did his wives birth that many children.
