well as expert who right all power fanfic it's make me fell insult Superman can become near omnipotent cause his power not sun absorb but radiation absorb ,as you know sun release radiation that help Superman grow stronger because sun release many radiation but earth protect it by release some shield around atmosphere but even that some people get uv Ray ( sub radiation) so just imagine Superman get nuke ಠ_ಠhis power will become like Godzilla when become atomic

kyrptonian bloodline have absorb radiation every of them ,so didn't even make sense you conclude his power by universe because Superman from that universe was dumb to notice his own power Kal el basic iq around 250 but still he was dumb to develop that so as I say he was op and all Superman can move at speed of light all flight you see in movie or comic was around speed of sound and light so you say mc can kick him with light kick ??? Superman would have to stay in the sun for a long time to even reach that level. In the new 52 universe and dcu, he is just starting out his role of superman.
