It was good as always with this author, and at the same time it kinda fell flat with him being sooooo over powered with there being no challenge for him, not to say I didn’t enjoy it but after a while he just fell in the loop of kill, canabalize, party. I’m kinda conflicted because it’s fun to read but after a while it becomes predictable.

You got the entire point of the character arc Dio went on. The main themes were loss and depression in a shallow world. Dio's final realization that he will never find meaning in a world like DxD counters Thrag's journey of self actualization in LotR.
