Yeah no, Alastor has never displayed anywhere near the power level of Great Red. Sure, he defeated a bunch of Overlords, but those Overlords compared to Lucifer and the likes are far below in power. Alastor and Lucifer respect each other, but they aren't on the same level. Lucifer might be able to beat Ophis and Great Red, but Alastor has no chance.

Alastor can warp reality, Great Red has not shown any immunity to it. GR might be resistant but not immune. Since neither resistance nor immunity has been demenstrated it is likely Alastor can kill Great Red easily using it.

Alastor can wrap reality within reasons. Power Level matters too, and Alastor isn't anywhere near Great Red, who's just one step below a conceptual being in DxD verse. The only time Alastor has truly flexed his powers is in the pilot, beyond that nothing much has been shown. He's powerful, but saying he's more powerful the Dragon God that's supposed to represent the concept of Dream itself is low-balling Red and high-balling Alastor.

He can WARP reality and control it easily. Great red has NO defences against it as no one can dream of defence against reality warping.

No one can truly imagine or dream of defending against reality. No matter what you think the brain has limits. If a human could imagine/dream of reality the brain would die. Meaning great red has no defence against it.
