A novel with exceptional writing quality. However it has a huge flaw. Fanfics are made so that one can derail the plot either through an oc, knowledge or some other kind of influence. But the only thing this fanfic changes is the egg from the wave. It still follows the exact same plot as the novel and is extremely descriptive about the repetitive parts as well. I dont see the need to make the events already in the original almost exactly the same and really detailed as the original. Its supposed to be a FanFic not a snyder's cut to justice league.

Monti Gang Stronk! Monti Gang Stronk! Monti Gang Stronk! All jokes aside, I consider this one of the best Shield Hero fanfictions out there mainly because of the character interactions and slice of life. Many other fanfictions are either completely action packed or power fantasies, and this one is very wholesome with few overpowered elements. Overall, solid 5 stars!

it has a good idea and direction that is taken away from original Canon. like that it is building more on what kind of shield he gets and what they can do. and was a cool idea to treat them as kids an not as tools.
