The character and the author have been a disappointment to me. Tha MC literally using a sword and work out at 1. That was tolerable as the reason was to protect the village from the impending doom (cult attack). When the time came not only did he not try to protect the village (by convincing the adults, setting traps, or fight the cultists). He chose to go hang out with the kids when he knew it was risky. The cultists attacked that day and he froze up wasting over 7 years of training and “preparation”. Just like that the author lacked originality and forced a plot.

One of the best novel i have read. The Author of this novel clearly understood what's the reader want. I like the idea of this novel, a really really good novel.

Even the author is mixing up names. Grammar and spelling could be better with Grammarly or a other kind of correction app. There are just some needles spelling mistakes that could be easily avoided, other than that a quite enjoyable story.

A very different story in Re:zero, with the protagonist starting in the Oni village. From what I've read it's very good and I hope you don't drop it before it's over.
