Besides the Ron hate yes. In that fanfic it starts at the Harry Potters 2nd year at Hogwarts and in chapter 100-200 a bit before Harry Potters 3rd year the intro of this fanfic can be seen. The MC(Evan Mason) turns into a black cat for the first time and runs into Harrys god father (Sirius Black) in his dog form and gets chased into his friend(Harry Potter) lap and boards the bus together.
