The hero takes advantage of every opportunity to increase America's power and show it as a country of peace, even though it is not, while other countries such as Japan, Germany and Russia appear as villains in the main. It is similar to Chinese novels, but it is an American version

Not really, it shows pretty much human nature in that many politicians and the like become corrupt in high positions, the same occurs in America, just because the MC was there with future knowledge he forces the nation and world to bend to his will, he also kills off criminals and the corrupt while putting his own people into positions in order to manipulate things in the background to prevent things from escalating in the future. Things become less about "this or that country is evil" and more about who is with, or against Hector.
