The thing is I don’t understand how in a place filled with magic a mother could die of childbirth. Truth be told when I first started reading this novel I thought it was a normal medieval theme novel so I didn’t think much of a mother dying of childbirth, but as the story keeps going on the grandma started showing magical means and medical pills etc. I find it hard to believe that the grandma fails to prepare to bring pill and magical medicine for her precious daughter in case things go wrong with the childbirth. And we still haven’t gotten a reasonable explanation about this topic. For this major plot hole this novel is a major failure.

LIKEThe character Freja never showed any healing spells and medicine pills strong enough to recover a dying person. Of course, she had access to the magic behind the normality but she didn't have a means of restoring the vitality of a person who was already on the verge of dying. Of course, I have written that she had provided her grandson with a lot of magical buffs, which she only realized after her daughter's death. She had to make her grandson stronger and that was why she had took extra care for him.
