Authors post. This is my first novel so there might be some errors. If anything sounds familiar then keep on reading as this comes from my head and my own personal experiences. I will say that the first 6 chapters might be boaring and dry as I’m setting up the MC. Not in the normal sense of that term. The main character has one wife and only one wife. Yes he will have many companions that are female in the store and they will have lovers of their own. A harem is not at all a focus of this novel.

I thought its a doctor/nurse helping patients with system cause the title is medical system, guess Im wrong. Its about evolution or something like that. And why is the title "Medical System" when the system is not??

I literally cant read the story and follow whats happening, in the first chapter alone he gets a call then gets into his car and then it jumps to he is in a car with someone and they dead leg each other? then he gets a call about a medical transport and told that it isn't a rally, then it cuts to him writing down some race cars racing results. Worse than MTL and that's really telling.
