Review Detail of DetachedDreamer in When The Fallout Comes

I've always wanted to read a fallout fanfic and hoping this would be one. sadly it seems more like a prequel. maybe its leading up to the story, which i hoped would be base building and focused on preparing and the safety of him and his loved before the fallout. it may well hit on those subjects but it seems more focused with normal daily life there, and it seems this'll drag on forever honestly. been waiting months to finally get to the story line but that doesn't seem to be in the plans. I think the story was rewritten but seems like years before it'll reach the point I anticipated. Not a bad story if you aren't expecting a full on fallout story for the next year or so.
