You can't be more right. We getting nothing but trash novels from Chinese authors recently. You have to search manually in this site to get a good novel that are strangely being written by only non-Chinese authors. Why can't these people take a hint after seeing all the ratings 😓

i have only read 1 other gu cultivantion novel but as far as i am aware it was dropped so i am not that put off buy it atm.

The problem is not with the Chinese authors. Its the website chosing these garbage novels. There are still plenty of good novels that could be translated. They probably want to promote the original works with this as it is cheaper for them than translating.

your right. Every week there would be a couple interesting novels on the pilot read section but they are never picked they then just put last weeks trial reads copy.

Then would you mind suggesting some of those good novels that started recently. There were some very good chinese novels in the past. But almost all the chinese novels we are getting now are trash. I came across only one or two good novels like Nomenclature of night and even they are unbearably racist to the point of calling and depicting the people and governments of countries like America and Japan as scum of the earth. I will be very thankful if you can actually suggest non-racist, good chinese novel that are written recently.

Its pretty good novel, the MC is pretty smart, ruthless but still a principled person. a Chaotic Good personality. The cheat as the title said is not too OP, most of the Gu has special requirements for auto cultivate to active. This novel while maybe not the best, its pretty good than most of CN trash novel. And Just Ignore those stupid review that said this is copy of Reverend Insanity/RI. they are too stupid or just never read other novel than RI. This novel definitely different than RI (I read RI) and Gu Cultivation, and Stone Gambling is not only exclusive to RI, lot of novel has used that cultivation system and trope. just because its use the same cultivation system then it is a copy?
