Why would the mc want revenge when he NTR himself, he made a bunch of changes to the world. But he still allowed himself to be NTR even though he could have PREVENTED IT!! I don't understand man, I simply don't understand. If you are into being NTR just simply say it or give a warning, Author it just saves everyone the time and the frustration from reading this. I've gotta be honest the writing is very low quality, there isn't really story development. he breaks up with a cheating gf in one chapter the next bangs some random chick who he talked to for less than 2 minutes then the next day had a foursome with her friends that the chick set up, the whole story makes zero sense, zero build up or fulfillment.
