TLDR: MC is a doormat Review: MC gains a system that requires him to bring in students to teach cultivation. He gains strength through the act of guiding students, etc. But, he's a huge doormat, everyone walks all over him Despite being an authoritative figure (Sect Master) he calls each disciple Sir/Madam. He lets them demand things from him like some middle age women asking for the manager. He's a doormat through and through.

Are you really mad that a person all other older stranger sir/madam? dunno maybe its cultural difference at play but in my country calling any stranger or just a acquaintance (even when you are superior like you talking to your employee) not by sir is straight up rude. and most likely in china its even bigger deal. and I didnt read too much chapters yet (20 ish) but I didnt saw any "doormating" from the old people I saw only doubts/suspicion and eldery:"we decided we dont want to do that" Mc:" well if you dont do this people will make fun of you and you will be old" maybe it will happend later if yes then i'm sorry about the 2nd part
