all right. this is just the early chapter review, but I found the writing quality solid. as I have seen the author's improvement in the last work, I'm sure he has planned the whole story. 1 thing I didn't like that much in previous work is it followed cannon for a bit long, and manipulation of novel and never falling in love. though that won't be a problem here since this is original and mc is a demon god. so I'm guess he won't be falling in love. but I hope that he is not detached from all emotions. i don't wanna follow an emotionless MC's journey. at least he should have acquaintances. i hope he marries and have child(in later parts of the stories). and have at least some emotional attachment to people. especially since he was a human once and transmigrated. I'll make another review after 100 or so chapter when plot has moved forwards, but right now it has solid mc and good world building.

no. he's calculative. he will kill of ot benefits him any benefits. but he also understands that he needs subordinates too. so he is not solo. he is more in line with fang yuan of reverand insanity
everything you mentioned about the mc are the things that I don't want the mc to be/have. just a solo guy who accomplishes his goals or something would be way better
i personally hate it when mc has no connection with anyone. but i would say give it a try. they r more like his subordinates than his partners. so he can sacrifice them if required

tbh i like it when mc has subordinates, but i would like these subordinates to be weaker then the mc as that would be rlly stupid. and if there are subordinates, then i want them to be loyal to the mc and like move and do as the mc wants yk. or are they completely different then what i just said?

from what u read, mc kind of make them slave and then earn their trust with his action, making them stronger, so they whole heartedly follow them. mc didn't have any attachment to them. not sure if he grow more attached to them later on, but I don't think it will be too much. slightly if any.
i haven't read reverand insanity full, so I don't know how were the subordinates of fang yuan. but here, his subordinates are first made slave, then their loyalty increases with time.
i hope there's no romance here lol. i would like it if he gains loyal subordinates, i prefer it to be boys tho but if it's a girl i hope it would not be her "beauty" that contributes in the journey or a very dramatic ( or maybe the cringe yandere type) and also the one who causes the mc to get stupid. i like them cool and loyal subordinates without any romantic development towards mc , just pure loyalty, admiration etc.
The moment the protagonist starts acting with respect to emotion or sympathy, will signal the downfall of this novel. I find it funny that most prefer idiotic, naive, emotional characters. I guess they more easily sympathise with them, particularly as it concerns intelligence.
I agree, and reading up to chapter 520. I can say that is the case for the most part, though his female subordinates have grown fond and attracted to the protagonist, there has been no romance. I can only hope it remains as such. Saying that, I also question the choices regarding selection of subordinates as some of them are more or less useless, and were selected prematurely, which also comes back to screw him over. Other than that bout of stupidity, the subordinates still function and perform as they should.

Its hard for me to read when author show an astonishing lack of concept out what his writing. A million+ year old mc :/ seriously most authors can't even write a good teenager, trying to write a being of million years will turn out laughebly bad. Also just the concept of a million year years is ridiculous, the entire civilisation of humans development is vastly done within the last 50k years, can you even start to comprehend the scale of development after a MILLION years after there was already a society with the ability to make themselves basically immortal to time.. ...Its just sets the scene of quality for every concept from there :/
