I’m loving the mystery around the female lead and her man. This story is fun with some romance and magic. All of the characters are intriguing!!

The novel had a promising premise and a lot of potential to be gripping, but unfortunately, it fell short in execution. The protagonist, while portrayed as highly intuitive and intelligent, often failed to connect the dots when the story blatantly laid out all the hints and clues. This inconsistency in her characterization made her actions feel frustrating and unconvincing. For someone who was designed to be sharp and capable, her lack of awareness didn’t align with the foundation of her character. The pacing of the story was another major drawback. Instead of building momentum, the plot dragged unnecessarily with filler chapters that didn’t contribute to the main storyline. This left the narrative feeling disjointed, with key moments overshadowed and lacking the tension they deserved. The climax, when it finally arrived, felt anti-climactic because the buildup was diluted by too much filler. Character development was a significant missed opportunity. At the beginning, the male lead had an intriguing presence, but as the story progressed, his personality fell flat, becoming one-dimensional and unengaging. The female lead suffered a similar fate—her character was initially oversold as extraordinary, but there was little growth or depth to back it up. As a result, their chemistry lacked spark, and their arcs failed to evoke any emotional investment. Overall, while the novel had an interesting premise and some potential for greatness, it was weighed down by poor pacing, lackluster character development, and missed opportunities to create tension and excitement. It’s a story that could have soared with tighter editing and a stronger focus on the main plot, but instead, it left me skimming through chapters, hoping for more substance.

But he was not alone. “Your Grace,” Soleia said, trying her best to maintain a calm tone, “welcome home. How were your travels?” The man remained silent as he stared at her. “Oh,” the woman that Soleia's husband had brought back said. “I was just wondering where the servants were. No one has come to greet you since your return. Could you please help us bring―” Orion tugged the woman back, protectively holding her in his embrace. His eyebrows furrowed as he glared at Soleia, his sudden action causing the woman to look confused at him. “Orion?” she asked, her hands on his chest to steady herself. “What’s the matter?” “That’s not a servant." The Young master's fake bride and her lucky system

[Sweet, satisfying, pampering, lots of face slapping.] Zhang Caishen's era had come to an end and he could never rise again, or so they said. But why did he seem to be getting richer and more powerful even if he was now crippled and abandoned by his betrothed? Why was he suddenly so unnaturally lucky? The answer was simple; his new wife!! Lin Alix was not lucky when it came to her family. She was the older, less loved and less talented one in comparison to her younger sister who stole everything from her. But fate intervened and she got lucky when it came to a husband, not only was he wealthy but he loved to spoil her. Suggested by her infinite luck gaming system, Alix married her sister's unwanted crippled husband to be and stepped on the path of a winner in life. She swept up music awards, gained international recognition and got her revenge on her cruel family while becoming Beijing's most envious wife. "Are you crazy, you willingly married a crippled man?" her friends asked. "Yes, but have you seen how much he pampers me?" she asked in turn. "She will cheat on him, he is a cripple and he can't perform his husbandly duties." others gossiped. Alix looked at the so called crippled man who climbed into her bed night after night and laughed. Sorry, he was more than capable. "Honey, I am here to perform my husbandly duties." he would always say coquettishly when he flipped her over.
