A mediocre novel that gives the reader nothing but exasperation. MC is a basic neet, professional game player wih desires to make his own game. System jumps in, binds and tells him to raise virtual girlfriends and if he spends money on the, he gets a 10x return on his expenditure. Sounds easy, right? Yet this guy discovers the virtual girlfriend is a real life person attending university near by. He meets her and decides to use her to bankroll his dream of game design. The novel could have been good yet he doesn’t think of consequences or actions, just on how to beat the game so he can maximise his returns. There are something like 99 rules he has to follow but the bottom line is he cant just go buy a house for her as it has to be realistic expenditure. He also discovers that he can have virtual girlfriends, more than one, so with this guys focus on money he will gaslight them to achieve his goals ignoring any emotional bond the GF develops as she is “virtual” Overall my distaste was the way he was messing with the girl, the game is to have a virtual girlfriend which, now he knows she is real, he won’t let that interfere with his game dream and so he sets off to pursue the girl and reap rewards. The MCs lack of thinking about the whole overall picture which failed in my eyes. I only read a short way in but it didn’t grab me at all, I felt no desire to invest any time further sombailed. To me a book needs to capture my attention in the first few chapters, this failed terribly.

To writer of this novel 'virtual Girlfriend' Are you an idiot? it's around 100 chapters but you didn't even thought of changing "Mc" mindset, like for how long would let real human beings be treat as game characters, like it was good for like 40-50 or maybe for 60 chapters but you just want to drag the plot without any goals. I'm done with this novel.
