40 chapters are not enough to cobclude if this novel is waist of time or not but... MC comes back in time after living 12 years in zomby world and every durn she is cries a river? Some parts of the novel are fun but mc does not feel like veteran zomby fighter. ML is also unreasonable nice to MC. MC and her relationship and actions with her parents make me roll my eyes too... For now I would say that plot looks promising but characters actions get on my nerves.
