I only have one complain to make though for this.. I paid my subscription but for some reason I never got my privilege chapters.. As in matter in fact from the day that a renewed my suspicion I can only read on chapter per day.. And that's not was the deal was..đđđ I think I will cancel it until the book is finished 'cause pain and not getting what you paid.

I am so sorry you're having trouble with privilege! That sounds like a glitch in the system, rather than an error. Please go into your inbox in the app, hit "help center" then scroll to the bottom and hit the blue bar that says "online support." They will be able to go into your account and see what is causing the problem and fix it for you. There have been 2 chapters released every day since the beginning of the month, so whether you have privilege or not, you should have received new material by now! If you continue to have issues, or they don't help you, let me know in the comments. Thank you for persevering this far. I hope it all gets cleared up quickly.

Yes, definitely let me know if they dont fix it for you. I will see what help i can get from HQ. But they always request that you talk to Service first in case its a simple fix

Dear Aimee I try everything that I could, sending invoices to proof that I pay for the privilege packed, try to explain to them that I'm not able to read more that 2 chapters for the last 6 days, but nothing.. They even told me that it cost $3.99 for the first month and $4.99 for all the others months.. I'm paying âŹ10.99 which about $13.00!! When I said to them that they ripping me off their response was that it's because of our currency.. I told them that Euro is stronger that Dollar so in reality I was supposed to pay less and that was the time when they through me out of the chat room... I have not idea what to do.. But is not fair to pay all off that money and not been able to read more that 2 maximum 4 chapters a week.. Can you help me please?
