Writing Quality : 5/5 The flow of the story is steady so far and every chapter there is a good amount of progress without going too fast. The grammar is mostly flawless as I have only found one grammar mistake. And the quality of the writing also correlates to the quantity of writing, there is enough text in seven stories for me to read for about 20 to 25 minutes. Stability of updates : 2/5 So far there is no stability in the update schedule, I only gave 2 coins for uploading. Story Development : 4/5 The story is developing steadily through the first 7 chapters, I could easily follow the story and the background information was easy to understand and was nicely integrated into the story. Character Design : 4/5 This is where it gets tricky, I personally do not like Victor’s personality. But that doesn’t mean that the rating should be lower as my opinion in the rating shouldn’t matter. All I have to say about his character design is that it isn’t flat and I do hope to see his character develop after he spends some time in the world of fiction. World Background : 2/5 I know nothing about Monster Girl Quest and I certainly won’t want to know anything more about it outside of this fanfiction. The reason for the low rating is obvious, it is based on an already existing story which doesn’t make it original and I do not know if the author has added anything original. My overall opinion about this fanfiction is that it is good, the author has done a good job of making me interested in his story even when it is based on a story/game/ whatever it is that I don’t even know. I recommend it.

thank you for your review, Godack, I'm happy to have an elaborated review like yours. I don't have a lot to say on other points, so let's jump directly to the last one, world background. Your guess is half-right and half-wrong. As it is already obvious, I am using Monster Girl Quest as the first world here, and I am not going to spoil others. However, the general places that the MC will go in are not original at all. However, here is where it gets tricky. Monster Girl Quest is NOT a really explored world. Rather, it is split into two games: the original trilogy and Paradox, a more RPG-like sequel of the game, which contains many more things than the original. I have the full intention of using the original trilogy's plot in the first volume, but not only I will add Monster Girl Quest: Paradox elements in it, but I will also add some original story parts that aren't present in the game. For example, in these first 7 chapters, if you don't count the characters and locations, it's mostly original. From chapter 8 and beyond, we will get in the plot of the game. I picked this game for the first volume because I think it has undeserved unpopularity. Yes, there is a lot of smut and stuff that could be disgusting for a lot of people, but the plot in general and the characters are what attracted my attention. Also, in the Paradox sequel(which I won't use for plot because it's not completed yet), the characters and the story is explored even further. There are already a couple of stories here related to MGQ, some dropped and other completed, but not only are their spelling and writing style kind of deplorable, but there is much more that could have been explored. Hopefully my fanfic will attract other readers to try out the game, or at least see the walkthrough in youtube. The good part of being an author is that you can decide how a story goes, and you can do anything you want. But the worst part of that is that there is not the same tension and pull you would feel if you are the reader, so I would like to read more 'good' fanfics about this. I already held up my expectations for authors of stuff like ATG fanfics, which still attracts me a bit despite the extreme simplicity of the world of Against the Gods, but I think I made it clear enough how much disdain I have for wish-fulfillment crap.
