Classic bad faceslapping cultivation novel. Theres nothing remotely unique or interesting about it. The people don’t question how a talentless dude suddenly became talented and instead they go with the flow like all bad novels

If a dude who gets Ds and Fs in class suddenly gets A’s left and right. Wouldn’t you suspect him for cheating or in this case a cultivation world that he took a legendary herb

idk, if he suddenly got A's he probably already got the teachers asking him to redo the test or something similar to test if he has cheated not only that a change in character can be quite sudden if someone is under pressure like i heard many people become outgoing and good in university because that is the last thing you go to before society in general so 1. it isn't my business and 2. they can do whatever they want. If it is a cultivation world then you would expect a lot of things as their is technically a physical manifestation of everything including fate and luck so even if it will be rare it isn't unexpected for young people to suddenly have a great cultivation base as there are hiding cultivation has techniques, legendary herbs changing your innate constitution, blood of legendary or divine beings, blooming of talent being late and other things

although if it were to happen i would expect a large amount of surprise and harassment to the main character for a couple days/weeks as people want to figure out how he suddenly got so strong

from what we can understand from the cultivation world anything that turns a scum into a legendary genius, and enough to bring even those super powerful occult old men... so if anyone improves as well as the protagonists, obviously everyone would be suspicious and would want to know why
