My conclusion after chapter 300: the story is interesting, although completely different to what I imagined after reading the synopsis. There are exciting moments, some funny ones, but also some that make you think. What I don't like, however, is 1. the character portrayal of Azzy. He seems to have no personality at all and lets people do whatever they want with him. The only thing he has is arrogance, incompetence (e.g. as disciplinary chairman) and laziness (he lets learn his arcane for him). The Reaper always says that he wants to get him used to it by having strong opponents, but they never come. 2. the relationship with Claire is just awful. She is absolutely obsessed with Azzy and incredibly immature. The only good thing is that she knows it herself. Unfortunately, there has never been a character change so far. 3. the constant jumps in time. Why doesn't the author just write chronologically, but keeps jumping back minutes, hours or weeks to introduce a situation. This makes the story unnecessarily complicated and massively disrupts the flow of reading. 4. Azzy isn't really OP. He just got lucky because of the Reaper. If others had the same resources, they would be just as strong, if not stronger than him. 5. the story with the Galarian King (Beast). It makes no sense why Leo (Beast) wasn't discovered and when Vann (Beast) was killed, no one seemed to care. This story is not only illogical, it was simply dropped.
Liked it!
LIKERead up to chapter 481 and then stopped. After Azzy returns to his timeline, the story no longer makes sense. The scenes are fragmented, you get the feeling that chapters are missing, letting Azzy continue to be OP is nonsense. Lea should at least have been stronger than him. And now Upiar is the evil wizard from Aladdin..... No thanks![img=disgusted]
