Review Detail of OldMerlin in Embers Ad Infinitum

I stopped reading at 20+ because I didn’t get the MC and the story is way too slow. MC is... not all there in the head and what I liked about LOTM was the clever protagonist. This MC is like my second playthrough of Skyrim where I made all the stupid dialogue choices that made no sense. Cuttlefish was probably playing Fallout and was bored so he started making stupid dialogue choices for fun and thought, “oh man, what if I made a story about an MC who makes stupid dialogue choices in real life! It’ll be hilarious!!” I’ll wait for the manga like with LOTM lol.

Read properly. Leader never was deaf so she never healed "magically". As she stated first, she is hard of hearing, not deaf. And thanks to ear implant, she is able to hear and talk normally unless other muttering under breath all the time. "Deaf" usually refers to a hearing loss so severe that there is very little or no functional hearing. "Hard of hearing" refers to a hearing loss where there may be enough residual hearing that an auditory device, such as a hearing aid or FM system, provides adequate assistance to process speech.
