Cuttlefish is an amazing author, he wrote Lord of the Mysteries and Throne of Magical Arcana, two novels I adore. Everything he writes is great and I doubt this will be any different.

LIKEI'd say their fairly similar, they're both about a transmigrator except Throne of Magical Arcana is a more "standered" fantasy setting with the main unique aspect being that studying and understanding the world (through the natural sciences) is how mages get stronger, which obviously gives the MC from our world quite the advantage. Unlike LOTM it has a more clear main antagonist, the church, who use divine "magic" (for lack of a better term) which relies on faith to use and become stronger. This leads to the situation where scientific discoveries undermine the churches doctrine weakening not just the organisation but also it's priests causing the conflict that lasts the entire novel. The biggest flaw with the novel is that the later parts of the novel may require some scientific literacy to fully understand what people are saying but it's not that bad imo. I highly recommend you give it a try.
The_Key:Lord of the Mysteries is similar to throne of magical arcana? I'm thinking of reading, but I still don't quite understand what it is. If anyone can remedy this doubt, I would be very gratefulimage

Ok can you delete this comment, I don't want to see your shitty transphobic and homophobic opinions on my review. What the **** is wrong with people like you...
Pumpkin_Lord_:LOTM would be perfect if it hadn't had gay and trans freaks in it. I had to drop it after 570 chapters or so.
