Yes there are some cliches.. and yes he's got a ridiculous gift.. but that's what makes this fun.. if the author continues in the same pace he's moving.. he can make a fine 300 or 350 chapter fanfic.. but he needs to very careful regarding this fiction.. every fiction with OP MC gets boring way too fast.. you'll have to carve out a unique plot.. greatly deviating from the storyline.. Like Cornbringer does.. this definitely has potential... the wish was unique.. and his choice of powers are different from a standard MC.. so let's see.. and I hope you maintain this pace of updates.. 20 chapters in a single day it just made my day

simply a mixture of repeated things from other works, neighbor of the spider man, gods coming to give things to him FOR NO logical reason, super genius that befriends a fantastic quartet and of course could not miss the super perfect appearance that makes him attractive, literally a lots of clichés together and all this happens in less than 10 chapters, honestly if I continue reading sme doubts there will be some moment when he becomes a woman's slave and makes a harem easily with his super perfect body

Started with logic but ended up breaking the same logic it's like the author puts no thought into what he's writing. If you establish rules you have to abide by them, for example, u don't want him to be super smart cause he's going to above people and not be able to connect with anyone yet when he's powered up he gets super smart also being able to recall stuff and understand anything he reads...wasn't that you were trying to avoid. Every single chapter mentions the cosmic entity guarding the multiverse yet the Mc does nothing to either kill it or fight. He has all the resources known to marvel n Dc so the only thing stopping him is u the author with your lack of creativity. If you can't comprehend that don't make your Mc so Op that you can't utilize their powers in a way that is not a brain drain.
