it's a good novel, I first read the translation somewhere and tried comrade.mao and google translate of raw chapters and read upto 600 or 700 chapter. we got a marine mc(he ate thunder fruit and garp took him to marine) no instant op crap(I think currently he is a admiral) detailed power system(author introduced haki awakening and people who pushed rokushiski to limit and no weaker than admiral level) always wondered how all celestial dragons are dumb(the usual celestial dragon we see are young master type, author introduce talented and powerful celestial dragons and their politics and ambitions. mc create his own power inside marine the author is a true one-piece lover, he will unravel the world of politics, ambition, and mixture of dark and white all bit by bit. there are some good fanfiction in Chinese website, I remember a harry Potter fic which has like 1200 chapters and author really explored the world in that novel. but sadly we only see the nationalistic crap of these Chinese author not the writings of true fans. tiny spoiler mc's true cheat is his regeneration and even yonko level powehouses acknowledge mc because of that (mc become an unkillble bastard in future chapters, his lower level is still not reached yonko level but he can escape using his devilfruit power)

actually a guy translated it's first 10-20 chapter in webnovel but he dropped the translation, I really liked the novel and I was free at that time so I found the novel in uukanshu.com and read it. the mc was a inserted character and his family was from German. author introduced gods and other mythology not like Chinese cultivation type but like western fantasy, if you are interested and willing to read google translation you should check out the site, there were many hp fanfic I read another hp fanfic named(don't remember it very well) harry Potter and treasure something from the same website

the translation feels like you just put the original language through a google translate, while the concept of Rowen's background is missing. where is the chapter explaining how Rowen got into the one piece world, and why was he sent there. also, there is no transitions between scenes, I gave up trying to understand this story when Rowen crashed into the ship from the sky, then he got full on food, but it wasn't stated when he got food. I feel like the reviews here are just bot reviews, so here is an actual review.

I don’t get the people that say this translation is good. Yes it’s in english but it’s barely readable. Half of the time i don’t know what’s going on. The premise is interesting but the translation ruins it for me.

i don't know if it is only for the first few chapters but I think if you translate something you also have to adapt the structure of the sentences. Because overall they seem kinda like a mess which makes it difficult to read.
