Author here~ I just wanted to let you guys know that this version of SSC is being published not through Inkstone but through my publisher's cooperation with Webnovel. It will be the official version of SSC in the future. This also means that: 1) At the time of writing this, the novel can't be tagged. If it could be, the tags would be World Hopping, Comedy, Adventure, System, Fluff, Doting Love Interest, Gay, R-18, etc. 2) Since this is not published through Inkstone, I don't receive notifications of your comments and reviews. So, I'm sorry if I don't respond to your questions or comments, it's because I probably didn't see it. I usually only check the most recent chapter for comments. You can always visit my discord server or author site and ask the questions there. (You can find the links to both in the Info chapter.) 3) My comments won't have the author tag, but you can recognize me by my username LucyPanDora. 4) I can't leave author notes in the box meant for author notes, so I will be leaving them at the end of the chapters themselves. 5) I can't create auxiliary chapters, so all the information about the novel and everything related that's not an actual chapter has been put into the Info chapter. 6) I can't create volumes, so every chapter will have the name of the volume in its name, e.g., Arc 1 Chapter X, or Arc 2 Chapter Y. Volume = Arc = New World 7) I use kaomoji in the chapters that might contain Chinese or Korean characters. This might make the novel get flagged by Webnovel's anti-spam algorithm. If this happens, you won't temporarily be able to vote on the novel. Don't be alarmed. It will get fixed soon. 8) I can't moderate reviews, so I won't be able to remove spam or mistaken reviews. When you leave a review, please check whether the rating that actually got published was the rating you intended to give and if not, please delete your review. I had people report that it is hard to give 5 stars on some phones, and they ended up giving a low rating unintentionally. 9) Webnovel doesn't limit how many reviews you can give, so while you can't edit your reviews, you can add new reviews if you have more to say. You can also use this right of multiple reviews to offset the damage done by spammers or BS reviews. 10) If you notice the novel's rating drop due to someone leaving a BS one-star review, I would really, really appreciate it if you could leave a five-star review to offset the damage. I work really hard every day to write something you guys will enjoy, and each time I see someone leave a 1-star review just for spite, or some crappy reason such as getting triggered by the usage of emojis, it pains my heart. Especially because there are so many novels on Webnovel that might have a higher rating, which are filled with grammar and spelling errors, blatant plot holes, paragraphs written just to pad the word count, etc. 11) It takes more than 30 five-star reviews to offset a single 1-star review. It's fine if you don't think my novel is your cup of tea. We all have our tastes, and they are especially varied when it comes to humor. There is nothing wrong with disliking something, but please don't be malicious in your reviews. Thank you for reading! ❤ I hope my work can bring a smile to your face in these dark times and become something that will pick you up after a hard day at school/work/life.

Over the past two months SSC has become my favorite BL novel on this site. It is a masterpiece filled with humor and fluff, delivering daily dose of sugar to those who read it. I'm now like a child on Christmas morning, getting up excited knowing that a new chapter is waiting for me to read.  If you are a BL lover, heck, even you aren't, this is something you should definitely give a try. But beware, you might find yourself with your heart stolen, thinking about it every day ;)  And if you find that the writing style isn't to your taste (I can't possibly imagine why, but everyone's taste is different so surely there will be someone who won't like it), you can just stop and go find something else to read. No one is forcing you to read, and you aren't even paying anything to read it.  Just don't come here to rage over something stupid like the emoji usage and bring down the rating of this gem. So what if it uses emojis? What's wrong with having "pictures" mixed with text? If J.K.Rowling decided to print a version of Harry Potter where there are emojis inside, would it become a trash book? Don't be ridiculous. You might personally find that the emojis aren't fitting, but you can just ignore it and concentrate on the beautiful essence of the remainder.  Don't automatically assume that a book is some kind of am*teurish cr*p just if it doesn't use the format that you are used to. SSC isn't. It is as far away from cr*ap as one could possibly go - the writing is fluid, no grammar or spelling mistakes, there are no plot holes or glaring logic flaws, characters are well developed and very lovable, the plot is smoothly and steadily building up, the romance is to die for, etc.  The craft of this novel is exquisite, but of course, no matter how beautiful something is to one person, there will always be people who find it ugly. It is a matter of taste, not an inherent flaw in the work itself.  I've read someone complain that the start is vague. You only feel that way because you have gotten used to information dumps in the beginning of novels and SSC has no information dumps whatsoever. It feeds you information gradually which is great, no long texts of boring info, no filler text, no sections you just want to skip because you don't really care, etc. If it is vague, and the questions you have aren't explained soon after, then you'll just have to wait until it becomes relevant and gets elaborated further.  Someone also mentioned tone flip-flopping? Yeah, it's what makes it so funny! It leads your mind in one direction and then tugs it in reverse creating this surprise comedic effect. It's the punchline of a joke. Sigh, what I'm trying to say is, it's ok if this isn't the type of humor you enjoy, we all have our preferences. But don't mistake what others consider great humor for bad writing!  And what do you mean maybe the author will come back and edit it? What's there to edit? The "overuse" of emojis? Um, objection! I don't want them edited out!

Red Blossom System (BL)

Completed. “Flowers grow back, even after they are stepped on, and so will I.”  For over a millennium, Cillian had shouldered the role of a guardian, or as he would jest, a glorified gardener. In his recollection, he'd emerged in an endless expanse known as Blossom Central, his memory a mere fragment with only his name. He was bound to the Red Blossom system Bloom, where an annoying flying entity named Bliss, the personification of Bloom, materialized as his assistant. Cillian's duty centered on nurturing the Red Blossom trees and safeguarding the cherries from falling. Each Red Blossom tree represented a distinct world, relying on his care to prosper. One day, Bliss mustered the courage to disrupt Cillian's nap despite knowing it could be risky. But he had a compelling reason – numerous Red Blossom trees had lost their cherries, a situation that had never occurred before. The fallen cherries meant that the worlds connected to those trees were in danger of collapsing. It was all because a mortal's destiny had been altered. To prevent the impending calamity, they needed to restore that mortal's fate to its rightful course. --------------------------- Cillian, desperation etched across his face, pushed the man atop him, pleading, "Please, enough, I can't take it anymore." The man swiftly reclaimed his position, his lips trailing along Cillian's Adam's apple. He whispered sensually, "We're just getting started; I'm not finished playing with you." Internally, Cillian urgently reached out to Bliss: *Bliss, get your ass over here!* *Yes, Master?* *Who the hell is this man, and why does he persistently follow me from world to world?* Bliss responded with feigned innocence, *I truly have no idea, Master.* Cillian issued a dire threat, *Tell me what you're keeping from me.* Before Bliss could utter a word, the man's lips descended upon his own with a hunger. Their tongues intertwined, and he emphasized dominantly, "I've told you, darling, don't address me as anything other than Gege." Cillian was on the verge of tears. Stuck in Blossom Central, he'd always harbored disdain for his circumstances, but now he was relentlessly pursued by this shameless, tofu-eating stranger who insisted on being called Gege. Like a fool, he thought he would get to play with Alterers, but he's the one getting played with over and over again... (BL) Hunting The Field Guide

Kellen Woods grew up never knowing a normal world. By the time he could walk, his mother and father had already sealed several serious gates that threatened the safety of his hometown. By the time his sister was born, they were famous worldwide. So the world held their breath for when Kellen and his sister came of age, waiting to see what kind of power they would awaken. His sister was just like his mom, same power, same class, while Kellen, woke up one day to find out what it meant to be special in a family the world watched. But in the worst way. Awakening weaker then your powerful parents wasn’t unheard of, but when your younger sister awakened at the same class as your parent, anyone would feel inferior. And Kellen, never one to ask for hand outs, left the comfort and safety of his hometown to become better than the weak brat everyone thought he was. Kellen went to the front lines, to where the gates normally broke out. From there, Kellen worked hard, and then worked some more until no one could doubt that he was good at his job. He got so good that even with his lower class, people would still hire him to help. But Kellen never took it to heart. He had learned a valuable lesson on the front lines. Classification only meant shit if you walked back out of the gate. Otherwise, shut your mouth and listen to those with more experience. They determined who made it out alive or not. But Kellen was tired now. He had gotten everything out of his system, and the fast paced life on the front lines didn’t suit him anymore. Now, he wanted to go home, buy a house, maybe find a nice man to settle down with, and live a normal life. All the while, the yellow eyes he’d met on the front lines haunted him, no matter how much he tried to forget about them. Especially since the Esper they were attached to refused to let him go.

Fallen General's Omega (BL)

I watch him, his green eyes brimming with concern as he gently massages my scarred leg. The sensation is both soothing and a stark reminder of my own inadequacy. The once-feared Crimson General, a symbol of power and invincibility, is now nothing but a frail shadow of his former self. I’ve been abandoned, left to decay in this forsaken place, my family and comrades long forgotten. Darkness had become my only solace, and I had resigned myself to it. Then he arrived, a beacon of light in my endless night. His presence, his care—it’s more than I ever deserved. Yet, I find myself clinging to him with an intensity that borders on madness. I hate that I need him so desperately, that his every action and word have become my lifeline. It consumes me, a torment I can't escape. "You don't have to do this. Please, don’t do this. I’m nothing. You deserve better. Leave. Please," I beg, my voice trembling with raw anguish, the very words tearing me apart. He continues his work, seemingly unaffected by my pleas. "Why are you here? Look at me! I’m nothing." Desperation and anger swell within me, mixing into a maelstrom of anxiety. I can’t comprehend the emotions coursing through me. "You're my alpha, where else would I be?" he responds softly, his gaze unwavering, as if my pleas were mere background noise. My heart races, torn between overwhelming relief and paralyzing dread. In that moment, I realize the truth: you would have to tear him from my cold, lifeless arms. I’m never letting go. - General Thorne, betrayed and broken, finds new life and love with Omega Noelle, who nurses him back to health. Their deepening bond reveals Thorne’s softer side, offering a chance at happiness. Unfortunately, Thorne’s past soon catches up with them, threatening their newfound peace. **** STOP!!!! HERE IS 9 REASONS YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS A SHOT 1. Omegaverse 2. The Alpha is a greenflag. 3. Fluff, and cheesey cliche romance. 4. Faceslapping and revenge. 5. Smut, with no dubcon or noncon. 6. OP husband. 7. Really cliche plot honestly. Those historical manhwas but make it gay. 8. The omega/bot is not a pushover. 9. I'm asking you give it a shot please.

To Byul (Omegaverse)

'When the heart is talking, the head has no choice but to shut up!' Chin-hwa and Kang-woo grew up together; they had never been separated before, and without knowing, both started growing feelings for each other. They kept this a secret, of course, but it looked like keeping it a secret was the very wrong decision to make because this stems forth a misunderstanding that brings about pain and suffering to both of them. It can all be fixed, though, with a simple confession. But who would make the confession when both were too worried about the other hating them for secretly bearing feelings for them? It couldn't be fixed. Then, a bitter and painful separation occurred that changed Chin-hwa's life. A separation that took away his shining star. His Byul. But when he thought he would never see his Byul shining again, Kang-woo returns out of nowhere with far more charms and brilliance than he had three years ago. The charms of a dominant Omega. But... Just coming back wasn't enough to heal Chin-hwa of the pain in his heart. He was tired. So, instead of trying to get back to how things used to be, he decides to create a new route in front of them, shun his feelings, and push Kang-woo toward one of his friends in hopes that he doesn't fall any deeper than he already was. But fate had other plans, of course. Their hearts and souls had been bound from the moment they were born, so no matter the obstacle they had to face, they would surely end up together. After all, they just can't live without each other.
