You have an interesting idea! There are a lot of stories about vampires so try to be original, try to create something different,... For the momement you are doing good job! There are things I would change, for example: characters - make them more expressive. Before starting new chapter make a detailed plan of events and how the characters will react in specific situations,... (this seems to be haughty in some places).
