It is not a question of being good or bad as this is personal opinion (although I liked it). The point is that as an author it is necessary to give more value to the work itself. Giving 3 stars mainly shows a lack of confidence and low self-esteem. It is important to acknowledge your flaws without demeaning yourself. The same goes for an author and his book.
