This is the first fanfiction I ever read. It is still one of my top 5 and the only fanfiction I have read where a "smart" character is actually smart and even creative. He takes all the established rules and casually breaks them down with logic and knowledge, showing that magic is only weak if you limit it. It's interesting, it's innovative, and it's inspiring. The MC doesn't need extra abilities to dominate over others, he simply uses what is already there with insuperable skill.
Liked it!
LIKEAdmittedly, maybe my memory of it is affected by the fact that when I read it I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread because I hadn't read or watched a lot, but at least it had clear grammar and a very creatively scientific view of magic. Not sure what part you'd find childish though.
FilledWithHope:Even as a child I found this fanfiction to be childish, let alone now that I'm of age.
They put a lot of jokes into it that are funny if you're a kid but annoying if you're a late teen/adult. Such as the entire sorting scene.
