It isn't the original tho as stated in the sypnosis. So his personality would be the same as a oc compared to the original issei

Like I said I hate the entire issei not just personality His look, his name, . . . . I hate everything about him, changing personality will not make it any better for me. Even if you make cold ruthless issei, it's still issei and I hate him to the core not some lame hate for character because of personality alone.

Then why did you give a one star review? If you hate the character why did you even bother to read? if you are giving a one star review atleast say something about the plot,grammar etc.if you don't like issei don't read as its written in the sypnosis
