Review Detail of LoveAmaryllis in Young Master And His Demon Army (BL)

Please read the current chapters before reading this review, it contains spoilers. - So, the story was going pretty well until Arden was added in. It's not that he's a bad character or I hate him, it just feels like he was added for the sole purpose of romancing the mc. He randomly appears, saves the mc from his dad, and bang their in love. Not to mention, a lot of things were completely overlooked or forgotten. During the first part of the book, what happened with the mother? Did they find out who poisoned her and why? How was Rosemary involved in this? The time-skips are sometimes unnecessary and at first, you're unable to tell time was even skipped. I started getting confused about the mc's age because of the constant time-skips. And the author completely missed their chance to do something with his school life. Whatever happened to his school friends? They just kinda disappeared after a few chapters. Also, what's up with the war? They never said there was ever a war, it just kinda was suddenly mentioned "hey, we have to plan for this war" And, the crown prince! Let's not forget what happened there! The crown prince got assassinated, not even mentioned another time, and then Arden and MC decide to go ahead and do the do. Like what? What happened? "the crown prince is dead!" "what?" "don't worry mc I will protect you"-skips to them doing the do- Overall, it's a good story, yes, but a lot of things have been overlooked or not explained at all and it's very infuriating. You have to have the power to overlook a lot of things in this story to read it.
