Everyone is talking about IET new novel but believe me there is nothing new, yeah there is nothing new like human-demon war , dead mysterious mother, broken engagement, ultra MC and many more Cliche but the worst part is heroine who is depicted as a traditional (Pedantic) women . I mean she always cook for mc , wait for him and almost act like a servent while she had a higher status and potential only because a woman always had to be in her man's shadow , absolutely disgusting . Also there is time when she already made breakthrough but didn't tell mc because she didn't want embarass her man by attaining breakthrough before him(Yuck) and author tend exempt heroine from every event without any reason while she have same standing as mc in sect . So disgusting and backward thinking didn't expect something like this from the so called LEGENDRY IET .

LIKEIk this is from a year ago but I don’t really feel like letting this slide. You have many cultures around the world. The world-background here is a patriarchal one, obviously. In the setting of a patriarchal society- it’s expected for the women to act like they how they were raised to be. BOOOM Regardless of your views on wheather a patriarchal society is good or not is not the problem here; the problem is that you are here to evaluate HOW the novel was written. Logic and coherence, Was the world building too fast or too slow, the existence of info dumps...etc Like come on, what’s next? You reading a novel called Psycho, and then write a one-star review because the MC was a psycho? Stop being an embarrassment.
first of it's not a 1 star review and like I said it's a rinse and repeat novel nothing new. as for patriarchy , I didn't said anything against it what I said is author didn't give a reason for fl absence from major event even though she also have high standing and if you author doesn't know how to handle fl then just simply don't include them in story .
