In my opinion, this isn’t a novel I would read more than once because my emotions went through a rollercoaster reading this novel. It was one of the MOST emotional, frustrating, tear-jerking and fluffy novels I have ever read (the r-18 scenes were a bonus, too 😉). The tears and happiness I spent on this book took a toll on my mind so much that I don’t think I want to read it ever again. It’s been 11 months since I read this novel yet it still seems fresh in my mind, the scars of my heart still feel as if they were made just yesterday. You will not regret reading this book. This is definitely not a boring nove because I didn’t even look at another story or watch videos online until I finished it. If you want spoilers, I’ll tell you some parts of the story most memorable to me. The most frustrating scene of the book: When they had a misunderstanding. Lucia couldn’t have a child (until she willfully uses the antidote from her past life a.k.a her dreams) and she wouldn’t say the reason why she can’t get pregnant and how she became barren and Hugo couldn’t admit to her about the dirty story of his bloodline a.k.a how children of the Dukedom were born, so they had a huge misunderstanding simply because they couldn’t admit what was in their hearts. But imo, it was mostly Hugo’s fault because he legit told her that if she got pregnant, it wouldn’t be his child. She got so mad (which was reasonable) because he basically accused her of being unfaithful. It blew everything out of proportion. Most fluffy scenes: When Lucia spends time with Damian and whenever Hugo is jealous and spoils her so much. Hugo is absolutely adorable when it comes to his jealousy and protectiveness, it doesn’t come off as creepy like in other novels. Lucia absolutely babies Damian despite Damian being mature and bigger than others his age (their relationship is cute).

Okay, 'please calm down my beating heart...' Where do I start? The plot is very much unique, I really love the elements of "Slice-of-Life" since this aspect is very much like a breath of fresh air from the bloody action that appears in most romance novels(of course, in this novel, there is indeed "Action"[and quite ''a lot~'' at that] but it's action at *cough* ( ﹁ ﹁ ) ~→ bedtime...). The novel is, overall, more than just satisfactory. You begin reading one chapter out of curiosity and, before you know it, you've already gone through 50 chapters and want more(like now; I REALLY NEED MORE!). The stability of updating is well thought out, according to me. As for the Character Design, no words are needed--this is undoubtedly the icing on the cake if not the cherry on top; the characters are interesting with varied personalities, but I oh-so LOVE~ the female lead and male lead. The FL is not the type of lady to run to her hubby at every trouble or to collapse in front of bad guys. She's cute, innocent and gentle on the outside but a cold person when troublesome sluts come to her husband or to her. Oh, how could I forget? The infamous "Faceslapping"/"Facepalming" is also present and will make your day when you see an arrogant whore getting what she deserves! I'd LOVE to say more but I'm afraid that I'll 'accidentally' spoil the story so far~ Thank you to Sleepy Korean Translations for publishing this here for free!ヾ(≧▽≦*)o I don't have any coins to purchase chapters and the existence of fast passes has a similarly "fast" expiry date, I'm really glad that this novel is free. I'll continue supporting this, even if it means "posting a 5-star review thousands of times"!

Was it you that night?

On the eve of their wedding, Yan Changsheng brought back a girl and publicly called off the marriage. Only then did Shen Qinghe realize that Yan Changsheng was the crazy male lead from a book, and the girl was the irresistible female protagonist. As for her, she was just early cannon fodder fated to die, and her elder sister was the malevolent female supporting character whom everyone wanted to beat up. Tsk, the plot is just freaking ridiculous! After awakening, Shen Qinghe busied herself with cultivation, protecting her elder sister. Yet, unknowingly seizing the female protagonist's luck, she attracted several crazy male leads, each of them forcibly taking what they wanted from her. She thought Dongfang Wuya was relatively normal, but who knew he was crazier, actually seizing the position of Heavenly Emperor and then forcibly marrying her to become the Heavenly Empress! ** As the high and mighty belle of the cultivation world, Dongfang Wuya had countless admirers and fans. Yet he was devoted to cultivation, treating love as if it were dirt. Initially thinking Shen Qinghe was deeply in love with him, he sternly advised her, "Focus on your cultivation, do not get distracted by romantic entanglements!" Later, irked by her dedication to cultivation, he pressed her into his arms and kissed her, seductively coaxing with a playful smile, "Be my Daoist companion, and I'll aid you in cultivation, hmm?" The Hidden King's Stolen Wife

When powerless, unfavoured Princess Soleia was arranged to marry the newly titled Duke Orion Elsher, she assumed they would find love eventually. Who knew that her father would send off her husband mere hours later to fight a war? Soleia was left alone to deal with an impoverished fief, a crumbling estate, and spiteful, vindictive relatives of the Duke who all wished to see her gone. She couldn’t leave― there was nowhere else to go. Soleia desperately wanted her husband to return so he could offer her a helping hand. However, when he did, he returned with Elowyn, a woman he claimed was his true love. A woman hellbent on taking her place as the rightful Duchess, no matter what she had to do to get Soleia out of the way. Mistreated, misunderstood, and miserable, Soleia was eventually thrown out of the estate she helped build. Fortunately, when one door closes, another one opens. Unknown to Soleia, a man more powerful than her husband had been watching her, waiting for the right time to snatch her into his gilded cage. Duke Elsher had been foolish to let go― but the crown prince of Raxuvia wouldn’t make the same mistake. *** [Excerpt] After two long years, Soleia's husband had finally returned home. But he was not alone. “Your Grace,” Soleia said, trying her best to maintain a calm tone, “welcome home. How were your travels?” The man remained silent as he stared at her. “Oh,” the woman that Soleia's husband had brought back said. “I was just wondering where the servants were. No one has come to greet you since your return. Could you please help us bring―” Orion tugged the woman back, protectively holding her in his embrace. His eyebrows furrowed as he glared at Soleia, his sudden action causing the woman to look confused at him. “Orion?” she asked, her hands on his chest to steady herself. “What’s the matter?” “That’s not a servant." In one swift motion, he threw the sword out at Soleia, only to be stopped by a flash of scarlet and the coppery scent of blood. *** Prequel to Stolen by the Rebel King.
