Lack of depth but it's ok. Basically MC dies and transmigrates over to infinity genre as a demon in hell. In hell, demons can be summoned by other people from other worlds (gaming/novel/movie galore), which are pretty much infinity genre's worlds. MC mostly strengthens himself there because he's located in a pretty low-ranked, desolate area of hell where his progress is quite slow.

LIKEFilthiestCReader:You can't call a novel out for lack of depth in the early chapters sure you call it out for a lack of hook, goal, theme but depth this early on doesn't make sense.
Again that's not a good enough reason there are so many novels out there that finding an original start with different methodology is difficult in and of its self, and depth has nothing to do with a start of a novel depth is something built up over type depth in character built up from understanding them, depth in World from seeing the Authors descriptive ability of it along with character interacts with their location, Depth in plot built up from interactions of the prior two with some more it's not something that you make in a few chapters (with some exceptions but those exceptions are copied heavily and either done right or wrong with those styles being Author unique and doing a style your not used to for a strong start, a lacklustre middle and disappointing end is dumb).
DWArden45:Maybe because it seems like the traditional start that there isn't anything new?
If you have to read more than 60 chapters for a novel to become good, then it's really crap. Only reason it becomes "good" is because you invested too much time reading that you cannot justify it any other way anymore. Sorry but 60 chapters is 40-50 chapters too much in leeway in giving a crappy novel a chance.
MostRandomDude:This novel only has 60 chapters. The grammar isn't bad compared to where I'm reading the raw. Read more than the 60 chapters and it'll start getting good.
60 chapters ain't enough for the sunk cost fallacy to kick in, 60 chapters is to see if an author is bad or good
