They changed it to machine translation. There is someone who is supposed to look over the text afterwards and fix any obvious errors, but how well that works you can see for yourself xD

I have read machine translations before. They don't make new characters and factions randomly interact with each other. I think there's a new author or something. Something happened but I doubt that's it.
