My complaint it that it is absolutely horrible to read. It needs some editing done and many different word choices need to be used. For instance the character said he was ganged up on by 5 youths. Someone young does not talk like that.

Actually depends on culture for the 5 youths part but I get you on the grammar issues as apparently English isn't the author's main language.

For those who see this comment if you can overlook some of the grammer since no one is perfect the book is great but its sucks for the first 40 ch then it gets good. You know what I mean.

Well, it depends on readers. He only suggested, though. For me, reading the first trash 40 chaps was better as long as the following is very exciting and engaging than reading a novel that only the beginning was worth the read the rest is trash.
