This is my second time dropping this book the only reason why picked it up again was because the author edited but so far everything is still the same especially the forced relationship between rias and issei and it is a clear as day that the author likes issei x rias simply cause the first time rias meets madara she calls him a pervert for having 2 female peerage members but all the things the mc does for rias she still sees him as a friend not even a best friend but as soon as issei comes in she's head over heels over him after the rating game between her and riser which the mc and his peerage helped train them even masaru got mad cause of the engagement between rias and riser which he told zeoctis and the head of the phenex he would cut all belial ties between them and yet rias still falls in love with issei and all issei did was the exact same thing as he did in the show which was trade his arm to hold a cross and holy water now if that Isn't forced I don't know what is.

honestly, I haven't read that far yet. But why isn't the mc using his old memories? I understand he likes Rias x Issei but in the anime basically the only reason was cuz Issei was the only one not okay with it, so its kinda just a useless reason for the author to say its cuz Issei sacrificed his arm (Like a dumbass cuz you can do literally any part of your body and he chose his arm??) Issei is basically a useless character in every fanfic of Highschool Dxd because he will either do some random stuff or just go by the normal LN version and basically be just as good if not better than the MC you are trying to make :/
