Mannn, Tsunade is a grown up already in the anime, MC should already know that she will bloom into a hottie, don't make a reason that he just want a little sister, it just shows that he is too much into training and leave her so she get herself a lover or you just want us to feel how it is to be cuckolded.
BobDoSomething:I had never stated in any way that Tsunade will be a romantic love interest, for goodness sake, when the MC met her, she was just a child still, I am not into that kind of genre. Second, he is not cuckold. Tsunade is merely a tool for fulfilling his desire to have a little sibling at the time.
