You know what ? The most I hate is the Japanese MC's. No, not the Physical Design but Mental Design. Almost All Japanese MC's have what it called Beta Tendency and Heroic Complexion. MC who can be forced by everybody so easily and .... apologize ? What ? And that Darkest Past ? This part.... Is forced. I even wonder whether the authors is a masochist or Submissive. It just like you watch someone who doesn't even have something called "Pride"!!! Everyone must have A Pride!!! Because that what make people different from robot!!

hmm? true. I appreciate a reasonable review, I truly do. But you wrote all the assuming stuff of his last that I did not even close. Hero complexion, Rito was thinking of sucker punching W-3, that is not hero complexion. Lastly, even if you assume some things about his dark past, why would you think that dark past=awesome mc? In my eyes, dark past is something that shadows on the heart. If you assume that he was broken, then yes, he will get easily shoved around because he has no pride at all. If you assume that he was able to cope up with the dark last without any side effects, then it isn't possible, too. After all, it happened to him at a tender age. Lastly, I know that many people feel that an apologising Mc 8s weak, but think of it this way, would you rather read about a Mc who is a jerk to all the women of the anime?
Do I really talk about women ? You don't need to be someone like that to show that you have a pride. The problem part is in his mentality, his mindset I guess. I know that darkest past always have side effects, but if you look another fiction who have darkest past for example, Naruto. You will get that it's a bit forced of side effects. For the Heroic Complexity ? Hmm... I only said that because I put japanese main character. But if you count helping people without equal benefits then it is Heroic Complexion. And lastly, I haven't said that Dark Past = Awesome MC/Character. But actually, some is and some isn't.
all I can say for now is that his past does look a bit forced because I have only revealed a very tiny moment of his life that is supposed to be hidden deep inside his heart. But there are other things, too. And hero complexion... I guess you are right. But I am talking if it was me instead of rito, and I can only say this for myself, I would try to save Lala. I guess that I am just like that. But I can assure you that this isn't a world without any consequences and Rito's life has just started. After all, it's only been a week in the novel.😁
