Review Detail of MrPicklesAndTea in Dungeon Core Online

Very entertaining. It's a sci-fi setting where our protagonist, James becomes the dungeon core of a VR dungeon, being invaded by 20,000 other players. Puns, references, humor and even a few dirty jokes abound in this uplifting series. Despite being uplifting, I'd say it's darker than most dungeon core novels. Because, conspiracy! Can't have sci-fi without government exerting an insane amount of control and surveillance on the characters. Even though everyone is happy and nobody is dying, with gore being absorbed by the dungeon and converting into mana. Even though there isn't slaves or rapists, with complete lack of any gritty setting. The reason why it's so dark is that it feels eerily like something that could happen in real life. As for writing quality, which I'm particularly critical of, I'd say the writer does a decent job getting you immersed and excited in reading. There also isn't any glaring, painful grammatical mistakes, and not a single misspelled word! Though he obviously uses some sort of spell check as it is sometimes the case he uses the wrong word. Strangely enough, though I appreciate it when the wrong word is used because of how terribly written some novels are. It's nothing to write home about, but it's better than most web novels. A solid job well done.
