I really think that his personality is right. He's a guy who only goes with the flow. When he reincarnated as a human slave, he just go with it. Then he became a monster slave, he just go with it. Then he became the previous demon king's lab rat, he just go with it. then he became the next demon lord, he just go with it. He never truly bother with stuff unless he's really bored. That's the only reason he tried to travel to a another world. He's bored. When he woke up from his coma, he just go with it. Literally all his life he just go with it. So to the people who says he's a wimp, he's not. He just go with it. I'm starting to think he's motto is "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming."

Summary: 3 stars overall. The story has a cool premise, a solid writing style, and a well thought out power system. The only problem is that the Main Character is pretty much railroaded, and poorly at that, into the canon MCU without making any real changes. This, predictably, makes for fairly unsatisfying reading, at least in my case. If you dislike an author that blatantly makes the MC act out of character just to push events towards canon outcomes, this isn't for you. Writing Quality: 4 stars, it isn't a masterpiece of literature, but the story is pretty damn well written. There aren't any of the blatant grammar issues that run rampant through most of the stories on the site. Stability of Updates: 4 stars, it isn't quite daily, but it is frequent. Honestly, as long as I get around 5000 or so words a week, I'll call that 5 stars. Story Development: 1 star, this is where the author starts to tank. It's basically a rehash of all the marvel movies in chronological order, the only difference is, the scenes aren't as well written, and there's a random OC that has zero impact on the plot. Literally nothing changes, at least for the first 20 chapters. Character Design: 1 star, I might be a little critical here, but the MC just plain sucks. He had a cool premise, but he fell into the same trap that those MCs that are described as "Genius with an IQ of 300" fall into. He didn't match his background with his actions. That is to say, when you describe someone as a Demon Lord who lived for 2,000 years ceaselessly slaughtering humanity, you expect there to be some character traits. The MC fails to react in anyway that his background would indicate he should. Just like those garbage "genius" MCs end up being complete idiots because the authors themselves are too stupid to write an intelligent character. The MC, Finn, is an absolute failure of a Demon Lord. He claims to want to protect his new life and live it quietly, but immediately throws it away to save the life of some worthless human girl. Said human girl then blackmails him into being her assistant, and Finn just sort of shrugs and goes along with it. The worst part about all this is that he's completely apathetic to the plight of normal humans, when they get attacked by Hammer Drones for example, he would be perfectly happy to let them all blow up, and doesn't interfere until the girl that's BLACKMAILING him decides to run into the fray under the assumption that our MC will protect her, which he does. The MC ends up being portrayed as a typical beta-male Japanese light novel protagonist. Now I get that in Japanese culture, things are different. Being assertive, or god forbid rude, is not exactly acceptable there, and it helps explain why some Japanese protagonists are so damn pathetic. That isn't the case here, our protagonist was an American who took advantage of his mother's kindness, before being enslaved and then tortured for years, before spending centuries going on a killing spree. Our protagonist was portrayed as a selfish, bitter man who took out his hatred for the world on literally everyone. Despite that portrayal, the MC somehow reverts to that classic, 14 year old Japanese Isekai protagonist, in spite of being a 2,000 year old genocidal maniac. It doesn't make any damn sense, and the "explanation" given for his behavior is pitiful. World Background: 5 stars, the power system the MC is set up with is actually well put together, there are no real flaws from what I've observed. The MCU was portrayed pretty damn accurately as well, I couldn't find a single blaring issue with any canon facts, or anything else of that nature.

Ben 10: Apex Hero

You know the story. Ten-year-old Ben Tennyson, his ten-year-old paternal first-cousin Gwen, and their paternal Grandpa Max start their summer camping trip. Ben goes stomping off into the woods after another fight with Gwen, whom he is not happy to have along on the trip, and is almost crushed when a meteor crash lands, only to discover it’s an alien cargo pod. When he examines it, he finds a mysterious, watch-like device, called the Omnitrix. As Ben reaches inside the pod for it, the device attached permanently to his wrist and gives him the ability to transform into a numerous variety of alien life-forms, each with their own unique powers and abilities. Although Ben realizes that he has a responsibility to help and save others with these new abilities at his disposal, he is not above a little ten-year-old super-powered mischief now and then. Along with Gwen and Max, Ben embarks on an adventure to fight evil, both extraterrestrial and earthly. But what if someone else finds himself in Ben's place? Someone who has a different personality from the original superhero, not afraid of dirtying his hands seeking to satisfy his endless ambition. AU. Harem. +18 just to be safe. *Eventually synopsis might change to less lame one... tags may change as well, depending on the progression of the story. Becoming The Admin Of A Dimensional Chuunibyo Chat Group Isn't Easy!

A man of unknown age and background died under unique circumstances, even his past being shrouded in a thick layer of mystery. He forgot everything about himself except for some 'memories' after he died and met an extremely muscular dog-eared man with a fluffy dog tail, ruining the fantasy of the man who adores fantasy so much, specially fantasy creatures such as beastkin, elves, and etc. It was an extremely disgusting sight, he thought. "Would bleaching my eyes remove this cursed image from my memory?" After receiving his reincarnator privileges, he embarked on his journey to reincarnation. Watch as Shirokami Shun, the Admin of a Dimensional Chat Group that mysteriously has only girls — and allows only girls — as its members. He is the only exception because the group chat is his. They travel to different worlds, gaining more unique powers and friends in the process. These journeys, although extremely fun in their own ways, were not without danger, though. …Especially when you have group members such as these guys. "I, the Great Archdemon, Queen of all Hell, shall conquer Earth! Ah-Hahahaha!" "Hah! I can see through your fake facade through my [Tyrant's Eye]!" "I'm the President and Founder of the Survival Club! There, we learn about things that we should do in case aliens, supernaturals, gods, or monsters invade our world!" "Hamburg-san~—" "—Is delish nodesu!" "Ehehe… I wonder if what I'm doing is correct? Umm… uuh… I'll buy this skill to not get hurt! I hate pain, after all." "*sigh*… Should I just change the name of this Dimensional Chat Group to Dimensional Chūnibyō Group…?" I'm extremely tempted to do so. Quest after quests, the group of wild cards and misfits will unknowingly do almost anything to somehow create troubles for themselves. From unknowingly provoking the villains to just acting like their normal selves and still somehow managing to create troubles in the process, this group will go around different dimensions to wreak havoc! Divided, they can't create too much waves. But together? They might as well send their résumé to the higher ups in order to become the next-in-line to becoming a God of Destruction or a God of Chaos. "EX—PLOOOOOOOOOOOSION!" "Wait, you're not supposed to be appearing here, you troublemaker!" "Hey Shun! Aren't you supposed to be my partner! Come back here in my dimension and help me manage the dungeon! Uh, never mind! Let's just go to another dimension and let us create a dungeon there!" "Which dimension are we going to now, Shun-san? Can I come? I want to make new f-friends!" Right… Why did I invite them in this group chat, again? Unknowingly, Shun got too used to the initial cast that he thought the girls he came across to and invited were all relatively normal in his eyes. Thus, the weird band of misfits continued to grow. ———————— Note: Don't expect a phenomenal quality of writing. I don't speak English during my daily life so expect some errors here and there. I proofread my chapters before posting it so there should be just a teensy amount of errors. Well, if something slipped by, then please tell it to me through paragraph comments!
