Well, I will be honest. This is one of those harem stories where mc treats every girl with kindness and all. Every girl is beautiful. And the most important thing is- he is a simp! On the other hand, he doesn't treat men unfairly, but if you read carefully, the difference is obvious. Like in one instance, one of is girl~friend got injured, and he was worried sick but when one of his men was injured, he just played it off- "meh, we have a healer, don't worry." Well, obviously, this just a small point and I am not hating on this story just because of this. If you read carefully, you might find the differences And yea, I don't like harem. So I guess if you like this kind of story then you can certainly go ahead. But this is not my cup of tea.

Because the novel only had him with one girl until I dropped it and that was 1300-1500ish chapters in, a few were interested in him and his wife also wanted him with one in case something happened to her but he never actually had more than one girl until that point, is this version different?
not as far as I can tell. Fan translation is already on chapter 370 and nothing of the sort there.
