It was Qing Shan, herself, who drove Zi Jue to that whirlpool of madness. And it sent both of them to hell. " sigh. I can't read this book. No it's not okay to kidnap somebody. So what if you didn't like him? Her abuse was not her fault. Some things are never ok. Authors should know better. Can we get ride off abusive MCs?

Uhm. Thank you very much for your review. 😊 May I be blunt? 😅 If you can't read this book, then don't read it. Frankly speaking, no one is forcing nor obliging you to. I, as the author, am already thankful that though you haven't really liked how it is going, you still gave it a glance. I am quite aware of the moral issue regarding the past between Qing Shan and Zi Jue. 😔 I wrote it there as a plot turning point. I myself am not fond of abusive mc's however I also know that it is sensible to take things with a grain of salt. 😌 It is called fiction for a reason. It might not be enough of a justification, but hey each to his own right? The least we could do as readers is to appreciate the other aspects of the novel even if some parts piss us off. Anyway, if you prefer non-abusive mc's and books which do not have this sort of issue may I direct you to my other book. I assure you, that one does not have kidnapping, abuse or anything of the sort. (Yes, I am advertising it. 😅 Excuse this momentary bout of shamelessness.) Thank you again for your time. ☺

I appreciate you for taking the time to respond. I hope my critique didn't throw you off.🙂 I think authors are amazing and it takes a lot off hard work to be an author. I just had a problem cause I feel there is a worrying trend of abusive mcs. In fact it's especially common on this site in particular. Of course it's fiction but I feel it's a bad precedence. If your other book has different mcs and healthy relationships maybe I will check them out sometime.
Wowww....its my first time reading some reviews then its one star... Author is right..if u dont like the story why ur still reading it and the fact that u just give one star...u dont know how will affect in this book... Sometimes u can be silent or u just pretend u didnt read it at all..and just move on... You didnt know there are some books that are worst than this..that u want to kill the male lead bec his too much..ur heart is aching for the female lead.. But yeahh sorry its ur damn opinion...sorry but not sorry about my ranting .. Well...wish u happy reading to ur likinng....hope u didnt gave one star to other books that u dont like..
Reviews are for the writers and potential readers. So writers are aware off problems and readers can avoid bad points. Some are harsh for a reason. I would only give such a negative review to something morally objectionable.

Um eine Geschichte zu beurteilen, muss man diese gelesen haben. Alleine nur weil die Vorgeschichte anders ist und bei manchen einen wunden Punkt ist es falsch direkt diese Geschichte als falsch etc zu bezeichnen. Die heutige Realität ist weitaus schlimmer als so mancher denkt.
