A criticism, from a reader of the raw material. Usually the biggest problem of a Chinese novel is its extension, they extend the event to the level of a DBZ fight, where the arcs are cyclical, therefore repetitive. But this romance is not. For those who think this is a good thing, don't get confused, I even read chapter 459 of the novel and I can say that it is basically complete, anything else would be filling. The problem is that it goes on to chapter 2059, in other words, they fill a novel that should end in chapter 700 tokrno up to 1300 more chapters. Another point to remember is that, most novels have a diversification of cities, due to the majority of the protagonists living in the capital of China, but this novel although it has a national perspective the scenes of the films are brief and little described and the locality is an important city without much emotion. So if you want this novel to be in the capules around 700 ~ 800 and imagine an ending for them, otherwise you will be tasting filling for several days.

This is true 😂 I am at chapter 1200+ and i wished i stopped at 700-800 and called it quits and just convinced myself of the happy ending. But noooo. After that is just one hella frustrating arc after the other. But I'm still holding on. Maybe I'll see the light (haha) and lose lotsa braincells MTLing along the way. 😭😭😭 If you don't want to be frustrated for days on end, better not read this. 😂😭😩

ML is Lu Yi, yes the cousin/brother-in-law in her past life. I took a break from this book, need to de-stress first before continuing. 😩 But yes, based on the last chapters (i read ahead, hehe) this story has a happy ending. 😁

Well not really in love but yes, he also had thoughts about using the FL in their current life but he was too late as the FL and ML already got together. So he turned his attention to the Su girl (just like in the past life). Oh he was punished, alright 😂

Well, this one's more complicated. I stopped at 1590 and altho the FL COULD "punish" the Su family, she chose not to yet. Said it's not yet time or whatever. One of my frustrations, so stupid IMHO. But in the past life, ML punished both the ex husband and the mistress after the FL died. So we'll get there. Just that in this life, it seems the author also wants the FL to suffer different (levels of) hell 😂😅😩 before getting her happy ending.

Wait so both ML and Fl are reborn again? But one of the things i dont understand is u know when the ex husband wanted to kill the older brother but failed and instead it was his wife who he killed in the past life, i mean what happened to the ml on the bed? Was he passed out at that time? Cuz he was deeply asleep.

No, only the FL was re born. The FL learned (from a dream or something) what happened after she died in the previous life - that ML has loved her from the start and that he took revenge on the two for her. I think the ML was drugged then.

Haha yah I skipped to the last 2 chapters and found out that she’s having triplets. I’m glad I did it was kinda getting boring
