Main character is a one dimensional asshole who treats everyone else like **** and the audience is expected to root for him. There is no struggle, there is no character development, it's just the same story arch over and over. The main character is strong, others look down on him because they underestimate him, he either beats those people down or kills them, everyone is in awe of his power, he is appointed as the leader of this group of people, he moves on to another area / social circle, rinse and repeat. Meanwhile the translation is clumsy and at times incoherent. All other characters in the series are shallow and poorly written, and the whole series feels like a love letter to the "majestic" and "miraculous" world of eastern medicine. Not worth spending coins on.

novel is literally millions of times better than this trash manhua, you can't even understand anything from manhua. you should go read the novel is so much better than these random pictures with no story. novel was literally the number one ranked novel on qi in the urban category. it's probably one of the best novel in the entire webnovel. the manhua is just garbage compared to it.
