This is just average- no glaring flaws, typical tropes, nothing stands out. MC is a medical intern who suddenly gains a system, and completes tasks to earn system rewards. Coincidences pile up (like a doctor randomly calling on him, a sudden emergency, etc.) to help him accomplish the tasks. His surprising skill as a newb earns jealous glares from males and weak legs from females. All very stereotypical. The descriptions feel very off and unrealistic to me as I have worked in hospitals and social interactions do not really happen as described (for example, no doctor talks that much during a procedure and newbs are not called upon randomly like described because of both medical ethics and potential legal repercussions).

LIKEIĀ“m an intern in a small hospital and when thereĀ“s an emergency everybody runs to help. Mexico has low personal so there are many time when thereĀ“s not enough people or the doctors are lazy and make the intern do all the work. There are doctors that like to teach (my boss/teacher) loves to explain everything she does to me because she wants me to learn
If there is an emergency they would get very experienced doctors, not some kid right out of medical school
PoorMan:Sorry buddy, but that so called "emergency" is pretty common in the emergency department so it isn't exactly a coincidence. One of my parents works in emergency and they are constantly whining about all the sh*t that goes down... you would be surprised how many "emergencies" can happen in a week.

shelwyn:The MC is supposed to be stupidly handsome and that's why he gets all these opportunities. Lol
But not everyone can support the payment, if I'm not wrong in some countries you need to first pay before you can get treated
Reinesse:i know nothing about medicine but i do know slight stuff about geography. it actually depends on the place of the hospital... i mean, man-- that's china. the population density over there is never to be underestimated.

He's not taking any important jobs at the start. He doesn't just get the opportunity to save someone's life. And it also stated that there is a severe lack of manpower. It may be or not true but nothing is too far fetched. Except for his handsomeness though, practically a cheat ability.
