Nothing too adventurous, since a lot of the themes are very familiar, but the writing quality is better than most. Sadly the plot development and writing style is quite immature, often childish, lacking descriptions in some places, and thrusting the reader too quickly into new events and new characters with almost zero build-up in others. Even then it was ok until plagiarized characters started turning up in the story, totally ruining it. I do enjoy a cheeky little homage, with a little wink wink nudge nudge here and there, but bringing it up more than once is obnoxious. Just have your moment and move on, let the reader at least pretend you didn't steal a character, other-wise just tag it as fan-fiction so those of us expecting some originality can bypass it. Blatant plagiarism totally ruins a story for me, and I just can deal with it. Just don't do it, guys. Just don't.

Thanks for the honest feedback gimen. I improve a lot in later chapters, but the first 11 to 18 chapters are definetly the roughest.
On another note for anyone reading this, none of my characters are even close to plagiarized. There's a single parody character named Tama Sai that briefly appears in volume 1 and starts as a parody of Saitama from One Punch Man. But the character's personality and powers are completely different once the character is explored in volume 2. Other than that, the MC is often compared to Ed Elric from Full Metal Alchemist, but that comparison is even less accurate. Completely different personality, combat style, etc. Only the powers are slightly similar for the first 18ish chapters. Other characters will have some powers that commonly appear in other superhero works, but honestly, what superpower hasn't been done a thousand times already? On that note, the first paragraph of this review is fairly accurate. The story suffers from poor pacing and planning in the early chapters. Because of this, most long-term fans of the book come from chapter 21 and up.
Good to see that the author recognises the glaring weak points of the novel, suggest to fix the early chapters asap because u lose many potential long term readers who drop out in the early chapters like me. Definitely can see the potential in this novel but i have stopped reading because the current chapters is just too difficult to read, the childish and forced plot makes me feel there might be a age gap between the author and me. Also i agree that the pace of events is too fast. Can i suggest more world building . Maybe let the main character spend 1 to 3 months before moving to the next stage.
Yeah, things slow down a lot after vol1 and there's a lot of focus on world building in vol2 and vol3 so far. I wanted to rewrite the first half of vol1 last month, but I've been too busy with work and school =\. I'm 26. So I dunno about an age gap, haha. I think I just made a lot of mistakes in the first half of vol1 due to poor initial planning and lack of experience. I now keep a very detailed planning outline that is 43 pages long all by itself.
Including me. When the basic n core story is rip off, it is still a rip off to me. Not continue reading it. My emersion ruin.... . . .
