To be honest, this was really interesting, but I can't bring myself to continue it because the slow pace and the heavy flow of info about the world drowns it. I'm probably just a not very patient person though lol 😅 I just thought that the author dumped so much information that's really hard to process and digest, so I just kinda threw it all up and stopped there... maybe I'll continue it later? In short: Good beginning, but too much background info about the world given after she returns and honestly it gets pretty confusing for me Though here are 4 pluses: -awesome badass female protagonist that doesn't need a man -realistic past life age and nothing like a 20 year old general in her past life which doesn't really make much sense for me -actual bonding time between the MC and the father and not just an immediate click and suddenly so close -the other characters aka family members can tell that the MC's soul is not the same and it's not just a sudden change that they simply overlooked 1 maybe plus: -actually talk about politics and war; nicely analysed and fairly profound - BUT all the talk about politics and whatnot dump a massive amount of information that can be quite hard to digest
